Your predecessor may have set an automated "out of office" notice on your mailbox during the transition period. Now that you're in the chair you need to turn that off so other Toastmasters know that you are ready to receive emails.

Scroll down the General Settings page.
Select the out of Office Auto Reply Option.
Click on "Out of Office AutoReply off" as shown
Click Save Changes when finished.
